After a month of exile on the Knick’s bench Nate Robinson put on a storybook performance as he led his team to a 112-108 overtime victory.
The diminutive back court performer tallied 41 points on 18-24 shooting.
He completely took over the contest in the extra stanza scoring 11 of his squad’s 13 points. The points were scored in a myriad of ways including circus like drives as well as deep three pointers.
Give Coach D’Antoni credit for this one. Aftter the game he liked Nate’s “focus” and hopes it continues. The team had struggled on the offensive end recently and Robinson was the answer tonight.
